After you decide to use our service we will provide a computer information form which you fill out on your computer and submit to us. We will review it to make sure it is complete. We will then send you an invoice which you can pay on line. You can even make arrangements to split the fee into installments. We provide a custom service to fit your needs.

If the parties are in agreement, you only need our document service. This can be handled on line. Call us and schedule an appointment with one of our Family Mediators. They will call you at a time that is convenient for you, and you can go over the details of your particular divorce situation. A complete set of documents will be prepared based on the information you provide to us for your particular needs. Register on the form to the left. Or give us a call, we will e-mail you a computer information program which collects the data needed to prepare your documents. When complete we will Fed Ex or Mail your documents ready for you to file in the appropriate court. Complete instructions will be included on where to file, court costs and other procedures you must follow. Unlike out of state document services, we are local company and can handle any problem you encounter. Ours is a custom service.
DIVORCE (Missing Spouse)
In the case where you have lost contact with your spouse and no longer know where they live, you can still obtain a divorce. We provide you with documents and complete instructions on the procedures to be followed. This is a complicated process, so we stay with you until it is complete. Again ours is a custom service.
DIVORCE (Spouse will not cooperate or sign his documents)
This is a contested divorce. We will prepare the necessary documents for your particular situation. These documents will be sent to you for your signature. We will provide you with complete instruction on the process used for this type divorce. After the documents have been served on your spouse. They have 20 days to respond to your Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. If your spouse responds to your petition, additional service from us may be required. For complete details on this type of divorce, please register and a Family Mediator will contact you. Again this is a custom service. In many cases, the Court will require mediation which may resolve the issues. This will make this divorce less complicated, and bring it to a conclusion.

Mr. Allan J. Weltman is a Family Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. He is approved by the Florida Supreme Court as a Guardian Ad Litem. He is also certified as a "Special Knowledge" trainer by the Dispute Resolution Center, Florida Supreme Court. He is a Member of The Association of South Florida Mediators, Member of Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. Mr. Weltman also served as a County Court Mediator in Florida's Fifteenth and Seventeenth Judicial Circuits.
