There are only 2 ways to get a divorce in Miami Dade County without hiring an attorney.  1.  Visit the Dade County Self Help Center in downtown Miami, or 2.  Use the On Line Self Help Center in the comfort of your own home. Both services are $65.00.  The Miami Center will sell you a package of forms which you must fill out by hand.  The On Line Center will fill out all of the necessary forms based on the information you supply in the FREE computer program. 



Install the program on your computer, and answer the questions in the program.  Push the send button, and the data will load onto our servers.   A complete set of documents will be sent directly to your computer to be printed.   File the documents at the Miami Dade County Court house. A complete set of filing instructions will be included.
