New Law Ready Our documents are prepared under the new bankruptcy laws (BAPCPA 2005) and includes everything you need, including a computer disc which must be supplied to the bankruptcy court with your petition. We Provide the Means Test No extra charges, it is included in our fee. Shortly after you register, we will send you a simple questionnaire. You transmit it back to us and we send you a completed means test This lets you know that you meet the income requirements necessary to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
